Returns & Exchange Policy
At AnneMarie Uniforms we want every pupil to feel comfortable and confident in their uniform. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- All tags and packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Requests must be made within 28 days of purchase.
2. Your Rights Under UK Law
As an online retailer, we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items and return them for a full refund, without giving a reason. Please note that this right does not apply to personalised or custom-embroidered items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear and swimwear.
- Socks & tights.
- Hair accessories.
- Hats or caps.
- Custom-embroidered items with student names.
4. Preloved Uniform Items
Items purchased through our Preloved Exchange Programme are sold as seen and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be significantly not as described.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges may be made for different sizes or different items of equal value.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid.
- If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference may be issued as store credit.
6. Returns for Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping/handling fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g. wrong size packed), please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
8. How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@annemarieuniforms.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
