How long does delivery take?
As each order is personally sourced for your family, please allow up to 7–10 working days during busy periods such as the back-to-school season. I'll keep you updated every step of the way so you always know where your order is.

How much does delivery cost?

Is your uniform new or preloved?
We stock both! All items are clearly labelled as new or preloved. Every preloved item is quality checked before it leaves us — no nasty surprises 💛

What condition are preloved items in?
All preloved items are graded before listing. Good condition means clean, wearable, and free from damage. We'll always describe the condition honestly.

What is the Uniform Exchange Programme?
It's our way of keeping good uniform out of landfill! Donate uniform your child has grown out of and earn Smile.io loyalty points to spend on your next order.

How many points do I earn?
Good condition items → 150 points (worth £1.50)
Fair condition items → 75 points (worth £0.75)

How do I donate?
Just message us to arrange a drop-off. We'll inspect your items and add your points within 1 week 💛
