Orders are sent via Royal Mail and packed by me personally — so if something's not right, just get in touch and I'll sort it.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 working days
  • Free for orders over £25
  • Ideal for most orders placed during term time

Click & Collect (Free)

Based in or near SE3, London? You can collect your order for free! Select Pick up at checkout and we'll send you a booking link once your order is packed and ready.

  • Tuesday 10am – 12pm
  • Wednesday 1pm – 3pm
  • Saturday 9am – 10am

Delivery Process

  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email
  2. When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partner.
  3. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday

Back-to-School Season

July-September is our busiest period. During peak times:

  • Delivery may take up to 14 working days
  • We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame or arrives damaged:

We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
