Welcome to our Delivery information page. We work hard to ensure your school uniform orders arrive quickly, safely and exactly as expected.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: 3-7 working days
- Free for orders over £60
- Ideal for most orders placed during term time
Delivery Process
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information from our courier partner.
- Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday
Back-to-School Season
July-September is our busiest period. During peak times:
- Delivery may take up to 14 working days
- We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame or arrives damaged:

- Please include your order number and any photos (if applicable)
We will resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
